Track Info:
- Built and operated by the Saskatoon Stock Car Racing Association (SSCRA) after they were forced to the leave the Saskatoon Exhibition Grounds
- Built on land owned by Bill Kusch
- Construction took place in the summer of 1971
- Opened on Sept 5, 1971 as part of a two-day Labour Day weekend event
- The club ran a contest with CKOM Radio to name the new track - winner was Ken Worth of Saskatoon
- The land was eventually purchased by the SSCRA
- The track started out as dirt in the first year
- The track was very dusty - various methods were tried to curb the dust but it was eventually decided to pave
- The SSCRA moved to a new track in 2006
