Re-opened in 1953 under a partnership consisting of Glenn Kreitzer, W.E. Meyer, Albert Weber, Howard Weber and Roy Weber
Switched to Saturday night racing in 1953
There was a drivers' strike in 1962 to secure a guaranteed purse instead of the purse being a percentage of the gate income
The reason for closing was mostly due to noise complaints
Track property is now baseball fields
