- Original owner was Craig Frazer
- Frazer sold the track to the City of Vancouver and obtained a 10 year lease
- Hosted NASCAR Winston West races in 1971, 1972 and 1978
- After the 10 year lease was up, the lease was year-to-year
- Gordon Hemrich was the owner / promoter in the late 1970s
- The track was run by the Lower Mainland Oval Racing Association beginning in 1972
- Bill Fisher was promoter in 1983
- Stan Schmidt was the promoter in 1984
- Ran Late Models, Super Stocks, Street Stocks and Bombers in the final years
- The track closed when the lease was not renewed by the City of Vancouver
- The property is now part of the Campbell Valley Regional Park
