Track Info:

• Opened in 1970 as a very basic track with few grandstands, no walls or guardrails
• In 1974 the track was widened, clay was added, grading equipment used and a water truck purchased
• Track closed for a month in the summer of 1978 for paving
• Re-opened in August as a1/4 mile paved track
• Lights were added at the beginning of the 2003 season to allow for night racing
