Track Info:
- Located on land leased from Clarence Reddick
- It was built inside of a private horse track
- The track's original named was Sonny Dale Raceway, named after Sonny Dale Farms, the property it was on
- Track was owned by Roy Ballantyne
- Races were organized by the North Bay Stock Car Association in 1965-66
- Races were organized by the Sonny Dale Stock Car Association in 1967
- The 1978 version was built by Bill Lloyd and his son Glenn
- Re-opened on June 12, 1978
- Raced on Sunday afternoons
- Glenn Lloyd sold his share in 1980
- Stopped running weekly part way through the 1982 season due to low car count and few spectators
- Ran some specials later in 1982
- Doug Harrison became owner in June, 1983 when he bought out Bill Lloyd, Sandra Lloyd and Gerry Aulbrook
- Glenn Lloyd repurchased the track in 1987 and reopened it after it being closed for the 1985 and 1986 seasons
- It was renamed in 1987 to create a closer tie to the local community and easier for out-of-town drivers to find it
- Glenn Lloyd sold the track at the end of the 1987 season to John Foote and Brian Malcom
- 1988 - new grandstands, scoring tower, concession and souvenir stands built
- Bought by Gary Harling in 2004
- Bought by the Salisbury family in late 2002
