• Built by John Wagner
• On the same property as the Northern Raceway oval, just to the east of the oval track
• Was intended to close in 1968 when the oval closed but Allan Gold and Larry Walls rented it for $50 a week and became the promoters for 1968 and 69
• Dick Chraftchick took over as promoter in 1970 and ran it until 1973 or 74
