• Track was in a gravel pit on land leased by the the South West Nova Scotia Stock Car Association who also organized the races
• Track was somewhat peanut shaped in that the back straight had a slight right turn to avoid a gravel pile
• There were no grandstands
• The site is now a man-made lake
