• Cottyn sold the track to a group of local businessmen in the fall of 1966
• Bought by Frank Wille in 1982
• Leased by Reg Midgley in 1983
• Bill Smith Sr became the promoter in 1999
• Bought by Bastion Development Corporation and Strand Holdings in April, 2021
• The 2021 name change was for legal reasons
